All shipments to continental U.S. customers will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
You must be prepared to pay any extra duties or taxes upon delivery.
International orders will be shipped via UPS International. These rates are currently not able to be calculated online. We will contact
you with shipping cost information BEFORE we process your order. Delivery may take, on average, one day to one week once the
order has left our distribution center.
Shipping times may vary when shipping to remote locations.
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours.
Unopened CDs, DVDs or cassettes (still in their plastic wrap) are returnable within 30 days of shipment. We do not refund the cost of
shipping.
